Returns and Exchanges
I will gladly accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of products.
Please refer to the following:
Contact Me within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within 10 days of delivery at owners expense
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase - full price will be refunded
Return of payment will not be completed until artwork has been received back in the studio and reviewed for damage. If no damage is found, your purchase price will be refunded.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I, unfortunately, cannot accept returns for:
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return payment will be refunded back to the customer upon receipt of the work.
