Rummaging through photos in my files I came across this one of my Mom in the late 70's while they lived in Europe. Felt like it was calling me to paint, so there you have it!
Short and sweat - paint looks like butter! The simplistic basic shapes and brush strokes convey everything I wanted to. Very loose allowing the bright red underpainting come through.
