The Human Form in Action

I am fascinated by the ability of artists to capture the human form with the easiest of brush strokes. Suggest rather than render was drilled into me during this last painting workshop I have completed earlier this month. Thanks to Dan and his instruction he was able to show me and allow me to discuss my though process while I painted this. He corrected me where I needed to have better value and explained his method along the way. This painting is the first of many people scenes I want to paint.
